ReStore Avilla, Inc., is comprised of representatives from local businesses and community leaders. We are a 501 (c)3 nonprofit organization formed to achieve a revitalized downtown district for the Town of Avilla, Indiana. Our mission is to preserve the historic value of the town and foster community collaboration to “Restore” the town to its former functionality, vitality, and beauty.

As an OCRA’s Downtown Affiliate Network member, ReStore Avilla, Inc., is part of a statewide network of communities that share both a commitment to creating high-quality places and to building stronger communities.
Meet Me at the Market
Shop with local vendors at the Avilla Community Market at Eley Memorial Park on West Albion Street from 9 a.m. to noon on the third Saturday, May through October.

Monthly Meetings
ReStore Avilla welcomes locals who have a heart for revitalizing our downtown area and is committed to our mission. We meet every second Monday of each month, beginning at 6:30 p.m. at American Legion Post 240.
Spearheaded by Pastor Doug Harris, a group of approximately 8 invested citizens formed the organization with the approval of Avilla Town Council.
Avilla Chamber transferred ownership to ReStore Avilla of the Avilla Farmer's Market to help ReStore raise funds for their organization each year.
ReStore Avilla and Avilla Chamber collaborated to host a dedication ceremony for Heritage Park, a newly transformed greenspace of the lot between Avilla Hair Salon and where the former MagPie’s Pizza was on East Albion Street.
Indiana Main Street and Indiana OCRA (Indiana Office of Community and Rural Affairs) accepted ReStore Avilla, Inc. into their program, designating the organization as an ODAN (OCRA's Downtown Affiliate Network) member.
ReStore Avilla, Inc. hosted the opening day of their dog park project, named Crump's Canine Corral, located beside NCPL - Avilla.
The ReStore board held a small unveiling celebration of their new mural depicting the history of Avilla.
